A Simple Desultory Philippic (Or How I Was Robert MacNamara'd Into Submission)
I present here a small step towards the final version. This release has some visible and invisible changes. Among the invisible ones there's the many bugs corrected, I'd say that 2/3 of all the bugs are now solved.
As you will directly see with your eyes I changed the menus for both the foreign and the domestic policy, I tried to accommodate some critics I received.
The philosophy behind the new foreign policy screen is:
1) give the current situation and the effects of the player's decision the greatest importance.
2) try to symbolize everything
Now 90% of the feedback text has been removed, and everything is conveyed via icons or graphs.
For the domestic policy screen I wanted to reorganize the sub-screens so that the player didn't have to spend too much time there. Now the player makes choices about new purchases, nuclear research, and palestinian situation in one screen. Then he can see the overall military situation in a separate screen as before.
The tactical map hasn't changed, honestly I felt there was no need to reorganize it.
Here's the download link (rapidshare), I've got more that one problem with filedropper, so as soon as I can upload the file there too I'll post the link.

I hope to receive some critics on the new menus.
