Bridge Over Troubled Water

Since the last post I've been working on the war engine, which is almost over. As I already said there will be only 3 levels of tactical deployment for the troops, instead of 5.

Alex suggested a complete rotation of the tactical screen, that's ok I'll do that in the next version, but I don't like it in the main map.
